Complimentary Virtual Assessment
We help you assess your existing property, then guide you in selecting the model that best fits your needs, site conditions, and goals. With over 30 thoughtful designs to choose from, we’ll help you start smart. We can provide a ballpark estimate within minutes.

Feasibility Analysis
For a flat $500 due diligence fee, we provide a comprehensive evaluation of your property and local regulations. From overlay zones and site work estimates for foundations and utilities to jurisdictional fees and easement considerations, we give you the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.

Site Visit
Our team visits in person to verify measurements, assess delivery and construction access, and walk through your ideas on-site. This is where your project begins to feel real.

Design & Permitting
We manage all necessary permit applications and prepare comprehensive architectural, civil, and site plans to ensure full compliance with local and state regulations. Please note that clients are responsible for covering the associated plan fees.

While your ADU is being built, we prep the site: laying the foundation, trenching for utilities, and coordinating inspections. It’s a parallel process that saves time. Unlike many other ADU companies, there is zero general contractor markup (which can cost up to 30% more).
