Our Story
The Legacy Behind Perpetual Homes
At Perpetual Homes, we don’t just build ADUs—we build lasting legacies.
Founder Katherine Noe Anderson grew up in a family of builders, inspired by her great-grandfather’s churches and her father’s homes, she believed a house should be more than shelter—it should be a sanctuary.
After 35 years in real estate and development, Katherine launched Perpetual Homes to serve California’s “missing middle”: families seeking beautiful, affordable spaces that keep generations close.
Today, the tradition continues with her sons, Justin (civil engineer) and William (project manager)—a family building homes where people truly belong.
