The Tahoe also introduces one of our newest exterior options: metal roofing.

Perpetual Homes can now build qualifying ADUs and single-family homes with engineering for up to a 200 PSF snow load, making the Tahoe an excellent option for homeowners building in mountain communities, including the Lake Tahoe region and other high-elevation areas throughout California.

This added structural capability allows homeowners to enjoy modern prefab construction while meeting demanding local building requirements.
